ABOUT STEPHEN SHIPLEY 

technical and photography skills

Stephen was raised on the Florida waterfront of the Emerald Coast of the northwestern coast of the Gulf of Mexico.  As a young surfer and industrial arts major, he begin his career in computers in the late 70's. He worked his way into desktop computer graphics and Darpanet in it's infancy when the 3 dimensional computer world became his passion and at the time - outweighed a college degree. He accumulated extensive college credits, towards, engineering, marketing, and management during the many years of working with UNIX and early Darpanet network.

He now does very focused contracting work for IT and 4 days out of the week and the other 3 days he is out doing commissioned photography for clients as tour guide, spokesman for vantage points of nature, and hikes through beautiful natural areas of the Atlantic Coastline.
